PPSK, or Private Pre-Shared Key, is a security solution that allows enterprises to assign a unique password to every user or device connecting to your WiFi network. Unlike a single, shared password that creates security risks if compromised, individual keys ensure that access can be managed and revoked on a per-user basis, significantly boosting network security.

PPSK is ideal for a variety of use cases, including:
- Residents: Providing simple and secure network access for residents' devices without complex authentication protocols.
- Employees: Providing simple and secure network access for employees' personal and corporate devices without complex authentication protocols.
- Guests: Offering secure, password-based access for long-term guests.
- Headless Devices: Securely connecting devices that lack a browser for authentication, such as printers, IoT sensors, and smart appliances.

The process is simple and intuitive. The user selects the designated WiFi network (SSID) on their device and enters the unique password they were assigned. Once entered, the Cloud4Wi platform authenticates the key and grants the device secure access to the network according to the policies the enterprise has set.

All keys are created and managed centrally through the Cloud4Wi platform. Administrators can easily generate new keys, associate them with specific users or devices, set expiration dates, and instantly revoke access for a single key if a device is lost or an employee leaves, all without affecting any other user on the network.
